Jim Miller, our primary consultant, started his IT career in 2000 when he built his first NT4 server. Over the next 16 years, he focused on Systems Administration, IT Security, Disaster Recovery, Virtualizing expertise, mass systems and software upgrades, IT Infrastructure, etc. In 2016 he transitioned to Project Management where he was trained in PMP methodology at Denver Water, and became PMP certified in 2018. That certification is still current.

From 2019 to 2025, Jim primarily contracted at Microsoft. His first venture was an entrepreneurial startup within FastTrack, creating an entire business unit from scratch. He then ran the Microsoft Edge browser program for FastTrack, generating over $600 Million in revenue for the fiscal year. Finally, he led the EDM (Evolving Delivery Model) to scale, using AI to parse mass amounts of data for the Product Managers, allowing them to concisely target their product enhancements based on customer needs.

Jim is an expert in cloud migrations and IT Infrastructure projects, with knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies, holding a current Certified Scrum Master certification.

Finally, Jim holds a Master of Science degree from Boston University in Computer Science, with a Security emphasis.
